The Police Report regarding your stop, and any evidence, including any blood or urine tests, will be given to the District Attorney's office.

They will investigate your case. If they determine there is enough evidence, they will file a complaint with the court.

This complaint will be the first pleading in your case.

A file will be made up containing all reports, evidence, pleadings, etc., regarding your case. It will be kept in the clerk’s office until the date of your court appearance. On that date, it will be brought to the Judge's Chamber for review.
