When your case is called, you will go forward and stand at the Defendant's table.

The Judge will have your file with him/her on the Bench .

If you do not have an attorney with you, the Judge will ask you if you want to be represented by counsel.

If you choose to be represented by counsel but cannot afford one, the court will provide one for you.

If you desire an Interpreter , one will be provided for you.
