Unless you waive your right to have the charges against you read to you, the Judge will read the charges against you outloud. The Judge will ask you how you plead to these charges, guilty or innocent.

If you plead guilty, the Judge may sentence you immediately or he/she may set a future court date at which you will be sentenced.

You may be sentenced to some or all of the following things (as well as others):
A. A fine
B. A Drinking Driver Program
C. Jail time
D. Court or formal probation
