If you plead not guilty, the Judge will set your matter for trial.

At trial, your guilt or innocence will be determined by the evidence presented. If it is determined that you are innocent of the charges, your case will be dismissed. If it is determined that you are guilty of the charges, the judge will set a date for your sentencing.

You may be sentenced to some or all of the following things (as well as others):
A. A fine
B. A Drinking Driver Program
C. Jail time
D. Court or formal probation
