You and your spouse agree on all the important issues involved in your divorce. Because there are no issues which you are arguing about, you have decided you can do your divorce yourselves, without using an attorney.

(NOTE: The Court’s Family Law Facilitator advises people choosing to do their own divorce to consult with a divorce attorney at least once before proceeding on their own.)

You and your spouse were married for only three years but have both agreed that you want a divorce. Although you both work, making about the same salary, you never bought a home. You do not have any children .
