You will go to the Forms Office, Room 110J, at the courthouse where you can purchase a Dissolution Packet. This packet will contain the forms you need to complete your divorce, as well as instructions on how to fill the forms out. There are many forms, and they may seem confusing.

If you need more instructions on filling the forms out, you will go to the Family Law Facilitator's office. They have a binder you may look at that will give you detailed information on filling out the forms, as well as general information about filing for divorce. This binder must stay in the Facilitator’s office, so you will need to set time aside to read the information at the Faciliator’s Office.
