Your spouse has 30 days within which to file a response.

If he/she files a response within the 30 day period AND if the two of you have reached an agreement on ALL the issues involved in your divorce, you will now file some final paperwork which is also included in your Dissolution Packet. You will include a typed or LEGIBLY handwritten agreement addressing all the issues of your divorce, signed by both of you. You will also include a form of Judgment and a Notice of Entry of Judgment at this time.
