The Accounting Department is responsible for the collection of non-delinquent court ordered fines. Failure to pay court ordered fines may result in the addition of a civil assessment delinquency fee, issuance of a warrant, and/or the placement of a driver’s license hold, which may result in the suspension of driving privileges. Fines which are past-due are collected by the Court Collections Division.
